Is it easy to return items?

Once your return is authorized, you'll receive step-by-step instructions and a prepaid shipping label via email.


For customers in the continental United States: shoes, clothing, and accessories that are not on sale qualify for free returns. For items that do not qualify for free returns, customers have the option to purchase a prepaid shipping label for $9.00. This charge will be deducted from your return.


Refunds are provided on the products purchased only. If you paid for shipping with your original order, shipping charges are not refunded unless we made a mistake with your order.

Once your items are inspected by the store, you'll get your refund typically within 48 hours.

What items are returnable?

  • Items purchased in the last 30 days. (Orders placed between November 1 and December 31 can be returned up to 60 days after purchase.)
  • All items must be in their original, unused condition and packaging.
  • Skateboards are refundable (see custom graphic exception below) but subject to a $12.99 restocking fee as these boards are typically custom assembled and need to be taken apart upon return.

What items are non-refundable?

  • Items marked as final sale, which are displayed in red.
  • Custom products, including custom skateboards, custom top graphics, boards with custom top graphics applied, custom apparel, and any other customized, one-of-a-kind product
  • Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.
